When do you consider it too hot to walk your dog?
My little fellow has a shaggy Black and Tan coat. Now black absorbs the heat so they say and as dogs don't sweat the amount of panting while playing in the garden leads me to think that it is still too hot.
So a change of plan then. His early morning walk is fine but his early evening one is going to have to change to a late evening one I think.
I went barefoot outside to see how hot the path felt and I would think that it is likely to burn his little pads!
Better to be safe than sorry I think.
